After working for several agencies during her career Annabelle was surprised at the disparity between fees being charged.
Most agencies work on a sliding scale and the higher the salary the higher the percentage charged.
Annabelle was also surprised that different clients were being charged different fees for exactly the same service. This seemed both unfair and unethical.
It was important that when Annabelle set up her own business that she worked with integrity when it came to charging clients.
She couldn’t imagine one client having a conversation with another to find out they were being charged a higher fee.
Annabelle decided that the fairest way to charge clients would be to have 1 fixed fee for each and every company,
so all positions across all departments are a fixed fee of 15%
